PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

Coach Juneau will lead a staff that is focused and dedicated on improving skill development, hockey sense, and competition. Each player will use these tools to help them compete at the highest possible level. It is Matt’s philosophy that players must be developed using a holistic approach. At MJ Total Hockey, we are focused on engaging and developing the entire athlete.

Hockey players need to be multi-dimensional in their approach to playing the sport and must be challenged in a variety of ways. Our athletes will achieve this success by accepting the challenges laid forth by our experienced coaching staff. This approach will help our athletes become successful individuals both on and off the ice.

This is Pete Lamont, Noah’s (/11 AAA NJ Avalanche) dad. I have been meaning to email you for a while.  I want to thank you so much for the Zoom programs. They have been awesome. Noah tells me all the time how he started feeling better about everything that’s been going on once your classes started.  
 
You have given the kids a sense of normalcy during this crazy time. Moreover, I have noticed a lot of improvement in Noah’s stickhandling and shooting.

Our 13yo son has had the opportunity to work with Matt Juneau and his coaching staff over the past couple of years in the camps and clinics offered throughout the year. Our son has gotten so much from these camps and clinics and has been able to apply to his game. The staff pushes the kids as they keep the sessions fast paced with very little standing around. The balance of skill work combined with small area game play keeps the sessions engaging and high energy. Great, positive sessions run by a great group!
